1. 30% deposit of total event cost is due to book events.
2. Event is not considered booked until a deposit is received. 
3. Taxes are NOT included in the price. 
4. Travel fee may be calculated by system based on venue location.
5.  Price may increase if expected event attendees are more than 100. 

 A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm or book your date. To secure your date the deposit must be paid first.  Final payment is due seven days before the event.  Payments accepted are money orders and credit cards(secured by Square).  

If the responsible party has to cancel or change the event for any reason, Jazzies Fun Photoz 360, LLC requests that notification be provided immediately.

A credit of the deposit paid or retainer fee (a fee that is paid in advance in order to hold services) will be good for 30 days from the date of cancellation and all monies paid are non-transferable to additional parties . If a cancellation is done on the day of the event by you the client,  payment is non refundable with no EXCEPTIONS!

The renter will have seven days from the date of the signed contract to request a refund less the nonrefundable deposit made.

IN THE EVENT, THAT THE DATE OF NOTIFICATION IS LESS THAN 7 DAYS FROM THE SIGNED CONTACT AND OR EVENT, THE PARTY WILL RECEIVE 50% BACK OF THE AMOUNT THAT WAS PAID WITHIN 9-14 BUSINESS DAYS. This applies if payment has been made in full.

Jazzies Fun Photoz 360, LLC has the right to terminate its services at any time during or prior to the event due to harassment or any other manner that makes an employee feel safe or uncomfortable.
